We understand you just might have some questions.
What are the days and times?
You get 2 qty 60 min, small group bi-weekly sessions per month plus the Q & A platform. Meetings are on Thursdays at 1pm to 2pm EST. If another slot opens up, registrants will be notified.
What if I miss a session?
All sessions are recorded so you can rewatch them. If you know you have to miss it in advance, you will be able to submit your question 24 hours in advance and we will answer it during the recorded call.
What if I have questions after the sessions?
Questions come up after sessions so we are providing you pocket coaching. You will be provided a channel where you can submit questions and we will answer them there. Please note, questions are answered the next day between office hours of 10am ET and 4pm ET, Monday to Thursday only. The channel will include your group so that each of you can continue to learn from each other. We strongly encourage you to engage with your team with support at all times.
When are payments due? Does the $1500 per month include tax?
Your first payment is due prior to you joining. Monthly payments are due the 1st of every month and are recurring. Taxes are not included in the $1500 price and are based on your state or countries requirements on taxes. We use Stripe so when you register, your payment will be automatically deducted.
How can I cancel?
Our cancellation policy is as follows: We do not offer partial payment refunds meaning when you have paid for the month, you will receive 2 sessions per month whether you "show up" or not. You will always get the replays. When you cancel, you will need to provide a request via email prior to your next scheduled payment. When you do, your recurring payments will be terminated, you will be removed from the Q & A platform, continue to have access to the FB group and keep the replays you already have. You can request to rejoin at any time and if there is space, we will welcome you back.
